When Phil Markert returned to 62 WHEN after Ray Diorio's departure, the station ran this ad in the Syracuse New Times in August 1985. Not sure of the artist responsible for the caricature but he/she certainly captured the essence of Phil's personality and likeness as well as incorporating the ubiquitous 62WHEN license plate logo. Great job!
