WHEN Radio - James Street Syracuse in 1964

This series of photos has been provided by former Program Director, Deane Parkhurst.   According to Deane, all shots were staged specially for this photo shoot.  WHEN radio was part of the Meredith Syracuse operation with then WHEN-TV, Channel 5.   (Today WTVH-TV).  These photos and captions  were part of a promotional magazine, and in this particular issue,  the stations had just opened their new offices and studios. (1964) --- with everyone sporting ties and sportcoats.
