While we're uncertain of the date on this picture, there's no mistaking Ron Redneckski. "Mornin', Mornin', Mornin'!" Phil Markert's confidant, point man and sometimes financial advisor made many telephone guest appearances during the 70s and 80s on Phil's show. Here you can see Ron has taken the time (3 days) to design and make a very nice custom 62 WHEN banner.
