(2008) Alan says, "I've been in Washington DC since 1995; spent time
in publishing and cable TV production, but radio won out every time. I'm
now the assistant Chief Engineer and Senior Audio Producer for the Radio
America Network (Yay! Network gig!), a Professor of Audio Technology at
Montgomery College in Maryland, and I was on the crew that constructed and
wired the new White House News Briefing Room you see on TV.
