Mention these guy's names to almost anyone in Syracuse and they'll often be remembered as the lovable panhandlers of center city when not at their jobs at 62WHEN radio during the 1980s. In 2023, they've upped their game. Go where the people are in summer, The Ballpark! These guys have enriched themselves and their close friends enough to be considered politicians, yet not had the misfortune of ever being found out...or indicted.
